I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms, thanks to the hotel's convenient location near the mall. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the dining options were a bit limited during my visit.

The hotel is conveniently located, ideal for our visit centered around the West Edmonton Mall. The rooms, while ready earlier than expected, had a slight odor of hockey players that detracted from the experience. The staff, from the front desk to breakfast service, were incredibly polite and accommodating. Unfortunately, the dining options were not impressive during our stay, and the room's value for the price paid needs improvement.
